A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the independent provider operating that tool. Morton County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s terms and privacy rules govern its handling of the query.

If you email us or use an available contact form, we retain the message and reply details as needed to respond. We do not share those communications outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
