Nature of the Service

Morton County Released Inmates is a private reference resource. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Its editorial pages point to Morton County and Kansas jail, court, release, corrections, and supervision resources. Some pages also connect visitors with independent research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

You must use the site lawfully and without harming another person or interfering with the service.

• Do not violate any local, state, federal, or other applicable law.
• Do not stalk, intimidate, threaten, or harass anyone.
• Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision.

Morton County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use any content for an FCRA-covered purpose.

Custody information and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from Morton County, a sheriff, a jail, or another government agency.
